Spending Behaviour

The Spending Behaviour section in the Herdify insights page gives insight into how customers in Herdify areas spend.

It includes three metrics, all calculated over the past year:

1. Average order value
2. Purchase frequency
3. Average annual value

You can also see how each metric stacks up compared to non-Herdify areas.
