The Herdify Audience section tells you everything you need to know about who lives in your audiences and how they spend.
Spending Behaviour¶
The Spending Behaviour section in the Herdify insights page gives insight into how customers in Herdify areas spend with your brand.
The information in this section can help you see how word-of-mouth is affecting customer value for your business.
In some circumstances the analysis may not be as you expect. It is best to speak to your customer success manager to identify whether the analysis is applicable in your situation.
Herdify demographics¶
The demographics section shows:
- Where your communities are located
- The sort of person who lives in your communities
- How those living in communities differ from people living outside of communities
Our recommended approach to using Mosaic 8 in your targeting:
- Choose your locations: Use Herdify's targeting files to select locations to send your campaign
- Craft your messaging: Use Mosaic 8 insights to design your campaigns using messages that will resonate with people living in communities.

Audience report¶
The Herdify Audience Report gives you the details about who lives in your audiences and how they spend. You can use this information to compare your Herdify audiences to the rest of your customers.
