Post campaign analysis

A post campaign analysis (PCA) measures the performance of a campaign and how word of mouth impacted it. To carry one out, Herdify needs your updated transactions data plus two additional files specific to the channel used.

Transactions data should be uploaded to the portal as usual — see Uploading transactions data.

For the additional files needed, select your channel below:

• Direct mail
• Door drop
• Out of home (OOH)
