Door drop PCA data requirements

To run a post campaign analysis on a door drop campaign, Herdify needs the following.

Transactions data

Upload your transactions data to the portal as usual, including all sales up to at least 12 weeks after the distribution date. See Uploading transactions data.

Additional files

Please provide the following two files as CSV or XLSX, along with the campaign distribution date.

Campaign schedule

A file listing every postcode sector the campaign was delivered to, with the number of households in each.

Column Description
Postcode sector Postcode sector (e.g. SW1A 1)
Households Number of households delivered to

Attributed responses

A file containing the responses attributed to the campaign, with one row per response.

Column Description
Transaction date Date of the transaction
Customer ID A unique customer identifier. Must not be personally identifiable (e.g. no email addresses)
Transaction ID A unique identifier for each transaction
Postcode Customer postcode
Value Transaction value
Value currency 3-digit currency code (e.g. GBP)
